Smalley Mill Farm was founded by David & Lisa Hardy in 2007 and developed into a well established small-holding.

The farm covers an area of approx 20 acres and has been developed with nature in mind by planting new hedgerows and young trees and allowing livestock to roam freely to graze.

Cattle, pygmy goats, Shetland ponies and bees working numerous hives and free to fly quail all play their part in the tranquil setting of Smalley Mill Farm.

The newly landscaped and developed lake area offers sanctuary for numerous wildlife species and is frequently used as a home for wild ducks to raise their young.

We are keen on providing quality farm produce and enjoy taking new ventures on. There are regular new aspects to the farm occurring all the time to ensure our small-holding goes from strength to strength and above all to please our customers and of course all our farm residents.

To view and purchase our produce please browse the site.

We supply 100's of dozens of quail eggs to restaurants, butchers and delis all over the country for a touch of that countryside taste.
New and old customers arrive at the gate daily for honey and logs etc.
Our quail lay the best tasting eggs in Derbyshire!
